Terms of Service (Companions)
Terms governing profile creation, photo verification, and advertising subscriptions.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Companions advertising on NightNurse act strictly as independent adult self-employed professionals. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee, agency, or joint-venture relationship between NightNurse and any listed companion.
2. Age & Identity Verification
To maintain an active profile, companions must undergo mandatory identity verification by providing official government identity cards confirming legal age (18+). Submitting forged, altered, or stolen identification documents will lead to an immediate ban and reporting.
3. Media Ownership & Copyright Warranties
By uploading gallery photos or video previews, companions warrant that they hold full intellectual property rights or explicit permission from the photographer. NightNurse is granted a non-exclusive license to display the media solely for advertising purposes.
4. Automated Renewal & Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are processed via Safaricom M-Pesa. Listing activation occurs immediately upon receipt of STK push confirmation. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the Companion Portal prior to the next billing cycle.
