Subscription Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Nature

Companion listing subscriptions (Standard, VIP, and Agency) provide immediate digital directory exposure. Due to the real-time nature of online advertising, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a profile goes live.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Full or partial refunds via M-Pesa are granted exclusively under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: Accidental double STK push prompt charges for the same subscription period.
• Platform Service Outage: Unscheduled technical site downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours.
• Rejection During Verification: If a paid profile is rejected during initial verification without going live.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

• A profile is suspended or terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or safety rules.
• A companion voluntarily toggles their listing to "Inactive" prior to billing expiration.
