1. Platform Scope & Passive Directory Role
NightNurse operates exclusively as an advertising venue and venue host for independent adult companions. NightNurse is not an escort agency, employment provider, or booking intermediary. Any agreements, bookings, or interactions made between clients and companions are purely private bilateral contracts between consenting adults.
2. Client Declarations & Warranties
By browsing or contacting listed companions on NightNurse, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You will respect companion personal boundaries, rate agreements, and safety protocols.
- You will not record audio, video, or take photographs during companionship engagements without explicit written consent.
- You will not attempt to negotiate illegal acts or engage in coercive behavior.
3. Limitation of Liability
NightNurse accepts no liability for disputes, monetary transactions, or safety incidents arising from off-platform interactions between clients and listed companions. Clients are urged to practice proper personal safety precautions.
